Regardless of the hair, skin or esthetic treatment you choose, our team of professional and experienced staff will leave you feeling delighted. We are pleased to offer complimentary parking for our guests, and encourage you to arrive early so you may enjoy a soothing cup of Aveda tea or coffee.
Spa Environment
All of the spa and salon treatments offered at our two Winnipeg locations are designed to provide an enjoyable and relaxing experience. As such, we ask that cell phones and other electronic devices are turned off. Please maintain quiet conversations and refrain from bringing children into the facial/body treatment area.
Salon Etiquette
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full service fee. Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time (full service fee will apply).
We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our hair, skin and esthetic treatments at our two Winnipeg locations, or to suggest the best way to combine our treatments into a day that is distinctively yours.
A valid credit card is required to reserve two or more consecutive spa services, and for all party bookings.
To ensure a timely service to all of our guests, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in procedures.
