If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full service fee. Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time (full service fee will apply).

To ensure a timely service to all of our guests, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in procedures.
